About
I’ve been gardening in some form or other since I was a child. I am passionate about creating beautiful thriving spaces that support wildlife and the environment. I have an interest in the permaculture and forest gardening principles of multi-layered planting, diversity and care. When I’m not gardening for others, I’m tinkering in my own garden and allotment.
My qualifications include RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture and I’ve completed a Work and Retrain as A Gardener (WRAGS) apprenticeship. I’m a member of The Gardeners Guild, Garden Organic and the Soil Association. I’m Treasurer and volunteer with Friends of Buttercup Meadow, a community gardening and education project in Northumberland.
